Last Sunday I had the pleasure of fishing with Jim Denison , his son Ryan and father in law Russ. It was set to be a great fishing day with great weather to boot! Ryan started of the day by landing the first two fish and proceeded to leave everyone in his dust. It is not often I see a 7 yr. old outfish everyone else, but he continued to put on a fishing clinic till the boat reached the dock. The fishing was steady all day with Redfish, Trout, Flounder,
Mackerel, Ladyfish, and Jack Crevalle all coming to the boat. It was so great to see a father take time out of his busy schedule to take his son fishing, and I know that Russ truly enjoyed getting to spend some quality time with his grandson. A fun day was had by all and be sure to keep an eye out for Ryan on next year’s tournament trail, he’ll be the the 8 yr. old with the big check in his hands.
